You may return your P.S. condoms for any reason up to 15 days after you receive them for a full refund of the product cost, less a $7.00 restocking fee for every 12 condoms, so long as the outer shipping packaging is unopened. To send it back, simply return to sender through the USPS. You must also email hello@psgoodtimes.com to let us know you are requesting a refund and we will process your refund immediately upon receipt of the returned product package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the outer shipping package has been opened, because we cannot guarantee that the condoms haven’t been tampered with.

Our condoms are cleared by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) as Class II medical devices. This means that a quality control team monitors every step of the manufacturing process, and only the condoms that successfully pass the stringent set of tests put forth by the FDA are sealed and packaged for our customers. As a result, when used correctly, condoms are an effective form of contraception, and can help reduce the transmission risk of sexually transmitted diseases.

Yes, our condoms are vegan, and made with 100% natural latex. However, that doesn’t mean you should snort them.

Yes. Many latex condoms are made using the milk protein casein, while other condoms are made from lamb intestines. Casein is the reason why most other latex condoms smell bad. Casein may also intensify the reaction if you're allergic to latex.

Condoms reduce the risk of transmitting sexually transmitted infections (STIs), by providing a physical barrier between the sources of infection. However, condoms do not completely eliminate the risks of pregnancy or STIs. Latex condoms are most effective against STIs such as HIV infection (AIDS) and gonorrhea. Condoms are less effective against STIs such as HPV and herpes, which may also spread by contact with infected skin not covered by the condom. Shipping of P.S. products is free within the U.S. for orders greater than $30. Below $30, shipping is $7. You may also opt for Priority shipping for a premium.

Yes, you can choose to skip anytime. If you'd like us to skip a shipment, log into your Customer Portal, and click on Delivery schedule in the left-hand menu. Click Skip to the right of the order you'd like to skip.

Yes! Simply enter their information in the shipping field when completing your order. We even give you the option to add a hand-written note along with your gift. After all, a P.S. in any note is the best part.

When making your order, you can choose to subscribe to receive P.S. condoms in the mail every 30, 60 or 90 days rather than just one time. If you choose this option, you will receive a discount on your order.

You’re in complete control of your subscription, and can cancel or modify it at any time.
